Can I return or exchange my order?

Each Spark + Brillo piece is thoughtfully curated and one-of-a-kind, crafted with time and care to bring you something truly unique. Because of this, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing details, and custom notes before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We pour dedication into every order, but if your special piece is damaged in transit, please reach out within 2 days of delivery using the Contact tab on our website. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Claims made after 2 days from the delivery date, unfortunately, cannot be processed—thank you for understanding the care and intention behind each curated piece.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Since every order begins processing immediately to ensure your unique piece is prepared with intention, we are unable to cancel or change orders once submitted.

✨ However, if you’d like to add an item, you may reach out within 1 business day to request a free shipping code for eligible add-ons (this does not apply to separate or new orders).

We strongly recommend double-checking your cart and details before completing your purchase, as each piece is designed and curated just for you.
